Fresh & fruity. Delicious Natural Sweetness
Tasting Notes: Aromas of white flower, delicate and light. The palate is elegant and refreshing, ripe peach and apricot, the natural sweetness is balanced by zesty, refreshing acidity. 3 months on the lees adds body and depth. Youthful sparkling Torrontes.
Dessert sparkling wine produced from selected grapes, its natural sweetness is the result of a single fermentation in a pressure tank, interrupted when the alcohol reaches the neighborhood of 8,5% ABV. The fact that it is under carbon dioxide since the moment of its birth until you pop the cork, is key to preserve the natural flavours of the grape. Delightfully fresh and fragrant
During the construction to build the winery a dinosaur was unearthed and in tribute to this 75million year giant, the name Saurus was given in tribute to one of their wines.
