At D'Arcy, we pride ourselves on our friendly, efficient and personal delivery service. We deliver local orders in our own vans and all other UK orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, and are usually delivery within 2 working days - subject to availability. Orders received Fridays & Saturdays are shipped on Monday.
Local deliveries to GL50, GL51, GL52, GL53 & GL54 are delivered in our own vans. Free Delivery for orders of £75 or over.

Delivery Information
UK Only:
● Orders over £140 are delivered free.
All other deliveries are charged at a cost of £9.95.
● There is no minimum order quantity.
Deliveries are usually with you 24/48 hours after the goods leave us, but recently have been taking slightly longer. Please leave enough time.
Orders received by 12noon will leave the same day, as long as the goods are in stock. After 12noon will go the following day.
● Delivery excludes weekends - please contact us if you require a Saturday delivery.
● Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will not be sent until the next working day.
● Delivery by courier can occur at any time up to 6.30pm.
● Prices quoted for mixed case wine offers include free delivery unless otherwise stated.
NB: Deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will be subject to the following charges, and may take slightly longer than our standard delivery times.
Deliveries to these destinations may take longer and will incur the following one-off surcharge:
● £45 - The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
● £20 - Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
● Any of our offers with Free delivery only apply to Mainland UK delivery addresses.
● We reserve the right to amend or cancel any order where delivery surcharges should be applied, but have not been charged.
● Where a delivery surcharge applies, we'll add this separately, according to the delivery address entered.
International Orders
Please note that web orders can only be accepted for the destinations above, due to delivery costs. Delivery to other International destinations can be organised, but these need to be arranged by telephoning or emailing our office.
Delivery Instructions, Receipt of Wine & Other Important Information
● If there will be no-one available at the delivery address to accept the delivery, it would be helpful to provide instructions where the delivery may be securely left. Please use the 'Delivery Instructions' field on the Payment screen of our Checkout to do this.
● Missing Wine or cases damaged in transit must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of advice of dispatch. If you are expecting a delivery and have not received it within 3 working days, please notify us.
● All cases should be opened and examined on arrival. If this is not possible, the carrier’s sheet must be signed "unexamined".
● In the event that we are given incorrect order or delivery details by the customer, we can arrange collection and re-delivery of wine for which there will be a charge.
Returns Policy:
We strive for your complete satisfaction with your order, and our goal is to guarantee that all products delivered to our customers arrive in impeccable condition.
You retain the right to cancel your order without incurring any charges for the purchased goods within 14 days of the purchase date, excluding perishable or personalised items or those explicitly marked as non-returnable.
You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective. You are also responsible for insuring all returns as we might claim against you should damages be sustained.

Securely pack and seal your return in the original packaging to safeguard against potential damage during transit.
All refunds will be paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s) minus the initial delivery costs.
Cancellations:
It is necessary to notify us in writing before the expiration of the cancellation period. If you have already received the order, please proceed to return the product(s) to us. Unless the items being returned were delivered in error or are found to be damaged or defective, you will be responsible for covering the entire cost associated with returning the product(s) as well as initial delivery costs. Furthermore, you will bear responsibility for any damage to the product(s) until we formally acknowledge receipt of the returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
We strive for all our customers to receive their orders in flawless condition; however, damages can sometimes happen. If you believe there is a fault with an item you've received, please notify us promptly by contacting us. We are committed to resolving any issues with faulty items as swiftly as possible, but it's crucial that you inform us as soon as you discover the fault to facilitate a prompt resolution.
Please provide as much information as possible regarding the damage. Additionally, we may request photographs capturing any damage, encompassing the entire packaging including shipping label for insurance purposes.
- Include detailed images highlighting the damage or issues with the items. Ensure there is a clear picture displaying the intact seal on any damaged or broken bottle.
- Retain both the product and all packaging until further instructions are provided by us. Your cooperation in supplying comprehensive details and images will aid us in efficiently addressing and resolving the matter.
- Your parcel may be required to be returned to us as delivered to asses the claim.
If your parcel clearly shows signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, it should not be accepted. Please ask the courier to return the goods to us.

We will provide you with a prepaid APC postage label that you can attach to the parcel.
Once you have attached the prepaid label, kindly drop off the parcel at any APC drop-off shop at your earliest convenience. Our team will work diligently to process your replacement or refund once the returned item is received.
