Tasting Notes: The brilliant body is golden yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine, while the foam is discreet yet lingering. The bubbles are exceptionally fine and abundant and form a delicate mousse. Distinguished by a delicate nose marked by subtle brioche notes, it has a palate of considerable depth and balance with hints of honey and fresh fruit with a long, fresh finish. Light in style.
