Tasting Notes: Delicate, light floral and fruity aromas. Crisp and fresh on the palate with a ripe lemon character, the wine has a good mouthfeel and clean finish. From Pavia in Lombardy - Grapes are harvested end of August/first week of September. Grapes are soft pressed and the must cooled. The must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18 to 20 degrees C. It is left to develop briefly in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
Food Match : Highly versatile. Good with light starter dishes, salads, fish.
