Dry with mouth filling fruit flavours.
Tasting Notes: Pale straw in colour. Aromas of white stone fruit, grapefruit and ginger spice. All following through to the palate, that has superfine acidity and superb balance. To retain the delicate natural aromas and flavours, select parcels of fruit were crushed and lightly pressed prior to clarification and cool fermentation. Regular lees stirring helped to add texture and finesse to the wine, that was fermented and matured on medium toast in addition to receiving French Oak treatment.
Food Match : Perfect with poultry, vegetarian and seafood dishes.
