Morgon, Les Charmes, Chateau Bellevue 2014
Tasting Notes: Full to the brim of red and blackberry fruit with subtle spice as well. Classic Morgon, showing perfume and subtle spice, and full to the brim of all the red and blackberry fruit you could ever wish to find. Just a touch of firmness and clean acidity give this more complexity than the average Beaujolais.
Food Match : A Morgon is fuller in body than your average Beaujolais, opening up different matching possibilities. We like this with game birds, particularly Guinea Fowl or Pheasant.
Grape : Gamay
Country : Beaujolais, France
