Dry, medium bodied - young and fresh. Peach & greengages with dry mineral finish.
Tasting Notes: A hidden gem from this rarely encountered single varietal, lovely dry and richly textured palate, it is impressively fragrant with hedgerow flowers and orange blossom. It is a wine made to be enjoyed young and fresh, with a mid-bodied palate rich with flavours of acacia, peach and greengages balanced by a dry mineral finish.
