Tasting Notes: Pale golden colour with excellent bubbles. Made in the Traditional Champagne Method, an excellent Cava. On the palate there is an abundance of flavours - green apples, cirtus, white peach, notes of honey. This Cava is light with toasty brioche aromas that follow through to the palate. Crisp and elegant, a refreshing example of cava.
The top 5% of the fruit from the Covides vineyards is carefully selected for this cava. Only native yeasts are used in the fermentation. Aging takes place in the subterranean cellars located under the winery. Only a small dosage is used and the bottles are disgorged.
Food Match : Perfect as an aperitif, with seafood, fish, rice dishes - also good with white meats.
