Gooseberry and grapefruit, with fresh raspberry leaf. Crisp minerally fruit.
Tasting Notes: This Sauvignon Blanc is from the Touraine appellation of the Loire region, fund on the left bank of the Loire. The soil is clay and limestone with flint. It is the flint that gives the wine it's trade mark crisp minerality. So - crisp minerally fruit with good refreshing acidity. A really top class, good value Touraine Sauvignon.
Food Match : Very versatile, and very food friendly. Salads, fish in light sauces, white meats.
