Tasting Notes: Deep, dark purple / red in colour.  Intense, yet elegant aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry.  The palate is full bodied and supple with melted tannins and a lovely fruity finish.  A very pleasing construction.  the wines are aged for 12 months on the lees, to enhance fruit and delicacy.  They are only commercialised 18 months after harvest.

In spite of variable spring weather, the dry and sunny summer allowed to obtain beautiful grapes well gilded in the sun.  The lights rains of early September brough a nice aromatic balance.  The harvest started on 11th September - revealing 2019 to be a beautiful vintage.

Clay and limestone on rocky subsoil.

The oldest way of winemaking at the vineyard is called "Cuvee Tradition".  Working in harmony with the wonderful allows the vineyard to bring out the full fruitiness of their wines.  These "cuvees" have played a major role in building the reputation of the Chateau.
