Typical white Cotes du Rhone. Peaches & pears with honeysuckle and vanilla
More Info
Tasting Notes: Aromas of fresh citrus fruit and white flower, leading to a pleasant peachy, pear-skin fruit palate. Dried apricots in the nice long finish. As is typical of this wine style and region, acidity is quite low. It's not a hugely intense wine, but a well-made, classically styled and typical example of Côtes du Rhône Blanc. There's certainly some nice fruit complexity: it doesn't seem like a recently bottled wine, and there's a pleasant background hint of nutty-flavoured older oak maturation. Suitable to cellar for a few years.
