Tasting Notes: Lightly floral, citrus aromas. The palate is gently fruity with citrus and green apple characters, with fresh acidity on the finish.

Grapes are sourced from Murviedro's 300 hectares of vineyard, and a further 1500 that they control in the surrounding area of Utiel-Requena. The majority part of the blend is Viura with a good splash of Sauvignon Blanc which adds character to Viura's texture. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to make a fresh and easy style.

Bodegas Murviedro was founded in Valencia in 1927, as the Spanish subsidiary of the Swiss Schenk Group, and has grown to become one of the most important wineries in the region.  It has access to a wide range of both indigenous and international grape varieties, and produces a broad portfolio of wine styles. The company's philosophy is based on combining modern winemaking techniques with grapes from traditional vineyards - to meet the highest international quality standards, while maintaining their Spanish character and originality.

At Bodegas Murviedro, policies and commitments to preserving and looking after the environment form a fundamental part of their philosophy. They champion sustainable viticulture and oenology. Many of their vineyards are grown organically using biodynamic techniques, as well as production and ageing methods that are as environmentally friendly as possible. In addition, they produce vegan wines which avoid the use of products of animal origin during the entire winemaking process. One of their main goals is to reduce our emissions and gases, ultimately working towards meeting the requirements set out by the Spanish Ministry of Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge for its Registry of Carbon Footprint, Offsetting and CO2 Removal, and they are putting all their efforts into improve their electrical efficiency by installing solar panels, streamlining the consumption of machinery and switching to low-consumption LED light bulbs, among many other things. In terms of water and waste reduction, they boast a modern filtration system and recycle all glass and cardboard used at the winery.
