Classic Cotes de Provence Rose. Light, fragrant, full of summer berries
Tasting Notes: Fragrant and well balanced, salmon pink in colour the nose is fresh and fragrant, delicate yet youthful and offers classy notes of watermelon, strawberries and flowers.
The 2017 vintage emerged from a scorching Provençal summer. So warm in fact, that harvest commenced on September 4th. Despite the fierce conditions, fruit quality was excellent: the berries, though small, were perfectly ripe and full of varietal flavour. Created using 30% of rosé bleeding and 70% direct pressing and fermented at cool temperatures the AIX Rosé is a fragrant and well balanced wine.
Food Match : Perfect as an aperitif, but flavoursome enough for food - salads, fish, even strawberry cheesecake.

Producer : Maison Saint AIX, Kurver family
