Tasting Notes: Radiant and characterful, Dea del Mare Bianco presents a pale golden hue and enticing aromas of ripe citrus, tropical fruits and a subtle hint of wild herbs. The palate is rounded and harmonious, with lively fruit, a soft mouthfeel and a clean, mineral-driven finish.
The producers are a specialist team who are passionate about the production and distribution of Italian wines on the global stage, with a strong ethos of sustainability and commitment to organic. Their service is centre'd solely around their customers: product development, production, logistics and customer care.
The grapes are destemmed and very gently pressed in a pneumatic press. Prior to fermentation the juice is chilled to allow a natural sedimentation. After racking, selected
yeasts are added in order to start the alcoholic fermentation maintaining a constant
temperature of 18°C in stainless steel tanks for approximately 10 -15 days.
Food Match : Delicious alongside seafood pasta, grilled courgettes, white meats or soft cheeses. A wonderfully adaptable wine, ideal for open-air dining or enjoyed solo, well-chilled at 8–10 °C
