Tasting Notes: Dal Vulcano Fiano is made from Fiano grapes grown in the volcanic soils of Campania, a region rich in tuff areas and thermal water sources. The unique terroir imparts a distinctive mineral character to the wine, while the Fiano varietal brings forth a fresh and balanced profile, with vibrant tropical fruit flavours and excellent persistence. An intense bouquet of honey and tropical fruit aromas. Rich and textured, with elegant flavours of hazelnuts, honey, and subtle spice, complimented by tropical fruit notes such as pineapple and a refreshing mineral finish.

The volcanic soils south of Naples support the red Aglianico grape variety, and once produced the most renowned wines of Italy. Today it is one of the smallest wine growing regions in Italy.

Enoitalia was founded in 1986 by the Pizzolo family and has grown into one of Italy’s leading wine producers, working with growers across Italy to emphasise the uniqueness of each regional grape. With a strong sustainability focus, Enoitalia joined the VIVA initiative—run by the Italian Ministry of the Ecological Transition—to measure and improve environmental performance across viticulture in their growers vineyards, from water retention practices to limiting synthetic fertilizers and increasing biodyversity. The company also works closely with growers, particularly in projects that champion local varieties and responsible farming, ensuring both quality wine and fair-terms partnerships with vine growers.
