The extracted juice is decanted by gravity. It then fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control over two weeks. Before bottling the wine was filtered and stabilized. Maturation is in Stainless steel. The vineyard is located in the sub-region of Amarante, in the Vinhos Verdes region, approximately 10 minutes from the entrance to the Douro region.
