Fresh and young, soft and fruity - medium bodied with well balanced acidity.
Tasting Notes: Pale lemon yellow with greenish highlights. Intense floral aromas of elderflower with grass and mint freshness. This follows through to the palate with an added touch of citrus - lime and grapefruit fruits in the finish. Deliciously crisp acidity, a dry white wine that is medium bodied.
Santa Carolina is part of Carolina Wine Brands, one of Chile’s main winemaking groups. It is currently owned by the agro-industrial group Watt’s S.A., property of the Larraín family. With over 140 years of history, it is one of Chile’s oldest vineyards.
