This Torrontes was created in the lofty heights of the Cafayate Valley in the remote Salta region of Argentina. It is the result of the work of two brothers (hermanos) : Osvaldo working the family vineyards, and Rafael making the wines from the wonderfully concentrated grapes that this high altitude yields.
The focus of this range is to express the terroir, focusing on the fruit, freshness and floral scene of the most emblematic grape variety from Argentina: torrontes.
Food Match : Similar qualities to Riesling, so think mild spicy Thai dishes, Chicken Satay. Manchego cheese.
