English elegant dry sparkling wine with pure fruits and crisp acidity. Each bottle is signed by hand.
Tasting Notes: Single Estate wine, organic production with minimum intervention to retain natural fruit flavours. Methode traditionelle. Primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 10% of the blend fermented in oak barrels. Secondary fermentation in bottle. Malolactic fermentation adds richness while retaining the integrity of the fruit.
Fine bubbles, apple and pear fruit notes. Classic brut style, organically farmed blend of Chadonay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes from the “Garden of England”.
Food Match : Perfect on it's own, but weighty enough for food - seafood salads, fish, chicken salad.
Grape : Chardonnay (40%) Pinot Noir (30%) and Pinot Meunier (30%).
