Bone dry with vibrant summer fruit palate. Refreshing & crisp.
Tasting Notes: Produced from organic fruit grown at the small estate, Grande Courtade (meaning `large sunny courtyard`) near Beziers in the Languedoc, this is a delicate salmon pink rosé made by the `saignée` method of bleeding the fermenting juice from the skins, to preserve the fruit flavours and aromas. It is dry with a perfumed bouquet of vibrant summer fruits on the palate and a refreshing and crisp acidity. Medium bodied.
Owned by Louis Fabre, this excellent estate near Beziers, in the southern Languedoc, benefits from the Meditarranean climate. Recent investment, cold fermentation and good vinification produce aromatic and spicy wines with remarkable finesse.
