Rich, full and flavoursome. A Burgundy wine to be savoured.
Tasting Notes: A beautifully intense pale-yellow colour with sparks in the glass. The wine has delicate aromas and taste of acacia (white flowers), pear, pineapple and dried fruits. Full and buttery structure that is well-balanced by 7-month wood aging. Very elegant and blessed finish lasts for a long time and is deliciously fresh and mineral with a little touch of pineapple.
Food Match : Shellfish, prawn cocktail, asparagus risotto - most white fish.
Grape : Chardonnay
Producer : Domaine Thiery Drouin
