Tasting Notes: Fresh on the nose with fruity aromas of raspberry, strawberry and some floral notes as well. A full bodied wine with smooth, long aftertaste.
Campo de Borja is rich in heritage when talking about Garnacha grapes, the earliest known planting dates back to 1145. The vines for this wine are between 30 and 50 years old, production has very low yields, that produce wines of great aromatic complexity with excellent structure. We think this wine punches well above it's price - excellent value.
Delincuente - delinquent, something that breaks the rules, just like this wine - great quality for a low price.
Food Match: Pair with meaty dishes like roast lamb, or perhaps bolognese with mushrooms.
