Tasting Notes: Deep golden colour with an aromatic candied fruit bouquet - quince & apricot. On the palate, it is fresh and delicate with flavour of apricot, orange peel and citrus zest. A lovely lingering finish.
A Sauterne-style dessert wine from very old vines. Only grapes affected by ‘noble rot’ or botrytis are selected to ensure maximum sweetness. Very fresh and zesty when drunk young, it has the potential and structure for long aging.
The irreplaceable know-how that stems from several generations of wine producers is today applied alongside the latest technological equipment and winemaking methods.
Food Match : Perfect with Tarte Tartin - caramelised apples and pears, blue cheese, or on it's own as dessert.
