Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in the glass with an intense nose of pear flesh, citrus fruit, toasted vanilla and white flowers. The palate leans towards a more floral approach with notes of white flowers, lemon and a hint of cedar. There’s a stunning balance between richness of fruit, delicate creamy oak and minerality which combine to provide the wine with great texture and complexity. The finish is long and mineral driven. A beautiful and well made wine.
