This 2020 vintage comes from the Saumur-Champigny appellation. \u003c\/span\u003eThe terroir is dominated by clay-limestone soils, rich in tufa, which absorbs heat during the day and releases it back to the vines at night. Currently in conversion to organic and will be certified vintage 2021.
