Terre di Giulio Prosecco Brut DOC NV £8.40 x 2 : Grape : Glera from the Veneto region of Italy. Golden apples, pear and honey with well balanced acidity that gives a vibrant fresh mouthfeel with clean dry finish. An extra dry Prosecco with delicate aromatic tones on the palate.
Tenuta Santome Rose NV £8.89 x 2 : A blend of grapes from the Veneto regioon of Italy. The grapes, very gently pressed, the juice is run off to give a pale delicate rose. Gentle strawberry flavours with white flower, the soft acidity blends to make this a very easy drinking Rose. Off-dry.

Chapoutier Les Vignes de Bila Haut Blanc Cotes du Rousillion £9.75 x 2 : Grapes : Macabeo, Grenache Gris & Grenache Blanc from the Cotes du Rousillion sub-region of the Languedoc in France. Aromas of citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and smoky notes. In the mouth the wine is frank with a very aromatic attack. The palate is filled with good acidity, tangy saline notes showing the minerality of the wine, all combining to a lovely fresh finish.
Chapoutier Les Vignes de Bila Haut Rouge Cotes du Rousillion £9.75 x 2 : Grape : Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, from the Cotes du Rousillion sub-region of the Languedoc, France. Deep garnet red in colour. Aromas of black cherry that intensify on the palate. Full bodied with weighty tannins. This wine is fleshy, well-structured with the warm and savage of soils of the Roussillon area.
