The domaine now stands at thirty-seven hectares, spread between the villages of Poinchy, Beines and Lignorelles.\u003cbr\u003eGrapes for the Petit Chablis are grown the village of Lignorelles, on the edge of the Chablis vineyards. Most of the vines are on a plateau, and the soil is slightly clayey. Minimal treatments are used in the vineyards, and grass is allowed to grow between rows in a third of them.\u003cbr\u003eThe grapes were pressed and the must fed by gravity to temperature- controlled stainless steel tanks for fermentation.
