A large part of the vineyard is located on the famous plateau de Cabrieres, close to Chateau Montredon.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are harvested manually with selective sorting. Fermentation at low temprature (\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e66°F) for 21 days in stainless-steel vats. Lees aging for up to 6 months.
