Tasting Notes: The wine is dark ruby colour with purple highlights. The rich aroma of the wine reveals hints of ripe berries, acacia flowers, liquorice, vanilla and spicy notes of truffle. The taste of wine is perfectly balanced, fresh, fruity, with rich tones of ripe plums and cranberries, complemented by harmonious shades of sweet spices. The finish is pleasant, long, with a slight sharpness.
Jumilla region is part of Murcia in the South East of Spain - between the Mediterranean and La Mancha. A hot dry climate.
Food Match : Roast or grilled red meats. Mature, hard cheese. Just on it's own to sip and enjoy.
