Bright and fresh, citrus with tangy minerality.
Tasting Notes: Delicate nose with pleasant traits of acacia, hawthorn blossom. Citrussy, with delicious ripe grapefruit and a clean finish with salty minerality. A fuller bodied style wine, which is very suited to accompanying food.
Picpoul grapes have been grown on the Mediterranean coast for centuries. The style is more reminiscent of wines grown in cooler climates than in the warmth of the South of France.
