'Good Argentine Malbec, and there is a great deal of it for Argentina is one of the world's most prolific wine producers, is deeply coloured, spicily rich with an exuberant juiciness and has as a trademark an almost velvety texture. Some Malbecs are made for long ageing but generally the wines have much softer tannins than Argentine Cabernet Sauvignon, for example. Inacayal Malbec : Aromas of plums, berries and chocolate with hints of cocoa and vanilla. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 3280ft. The combination of intense sunlit days and cold nights has produced a wine of intense concentration and body.
El Supremo Malbec : Dark ruby red colour. Complex aromas of red fruits - plums, cherries, raspberries with a hint of violets. Excellent rounded long lasting finish.
The Meaty Malbec : from The Beef Steak Club - This is a deep vibrant malbec. An intense nose of plum and dark chocolate. Spicy, juicy and richly layered with well integrated oak and fine grained tannins that enhance the flavours and textures of a juicy steak
Pablo Y Walter Malbec : Ripe plums, blueberries with violets. Rich chocolate flavours with a hint of vanilla oak. A young vibrant wine. A celebration of Mendoza - the colour, culture and flavour and a celebration of friendship. A really pure expression of Malbec, bright red and juicy, rich chocolate flavours with a lick of oak to round out the edges.
