Leftover Chicken & Pea Risotto with Chapoutier Marius Blanc
This is a quick and easy supper dish, and great for using up leftovers. Love that the stock all goes in at once - far easier! The Marius Blanc is on offer at £6.49 - so we thought we'd find a dish to go with it. Chicken, garlic, onions and peas - lovely light flavours that allow each other space to taste. The Marius Blanc is made from Terret Vermentino grapes, delcious ripe citrus fruits with rich acidity, feels soft and rounded in the mouth. Great balance of food & wine flavours.
