Warm Beef Fillet Salad with Bei Tempi Sangiovese

This quick & easy supper dish is well matched with this smooth, easy drinking red wine.  Both are light, packed full of flavour and very satisfying!

Fillet of Beef is such a treat.  Served with warm salad, you fully appreciate it's texture and wonderful flavour. Tomatoes, chicory, sourdough - all tangy flavours to enhance the beef fillet. Add in the sweet dark red fruit with gentle spice flavours of the Sangiovese, and you've got a great supper dish.
