Grilled Pork with Peaches, matched with The Listening Station Chardonnay

It might be raining, just occasionally this August, but this recipe will bring a little summer sunshine to the table. This recipe marinates sharp, zingy flavours into the pork, balanced with sweet grilled peaches and peppery arugula (rocket) leaves for a hearty yet light summer supper. The refreshing unoaked Listening Station Chardonnay has enough body & flavour to match the pork, the grilled peaches will draw out the white peach stone flavour of the wine.  We think you'll really enjoy this pairing.
