Left over Roast Pork, Pea & Pasta with Sierra Grande Pinot Noir 2014

This pork dish is great for using up left over roast pork or make from scratch. The pork, pea & pasta bake in a creamy mushroom sauce matches well with this light, fruity Pinot Noir from the Central Valley Region in Chile. The savoury flavours of the dish are substantial enough to carry a red wine.
