Smoked Salmon and scrambled eggs - Sancerre.  Our Domaine des Clairneaux Sancerre is fresh, crisp and dry. It’s got that lovely clean flintiness of Sancerre. Zingy fruits, minerals and lovely acidity perfectly match salty smoked salmon and creamy eggs.

But…..for something different, try a our Bergaglio Gavi. The tangy citrus fruit flavours soak up the salt, the acidity perfectly balances what could be a very rich dish. A wonderful way to start your Christmas meal.

If you like a big Australian Shiraz you have to try theirs.  Had this with steak & chips a couple of nights ago, fantastic!  But I’m so bowled over by this wine I’m going to have a glass or two and just sit by the fire and enjoy!

We also have their Shiraz Cabernet - slightly lighter than the Shiraz, but just as quaffable. 

Their Chardonnay is crisp and dry, but still bursting with fruit.

The Semillion Chardonnay like their Chardonnay is crisp & dry, lots of fruit flavours but just a little more zingy and citrussy.
